The Plan

Cutting out white - sugar, bread, potato
moving more - eating less
keeping track of my calories
eating more fresh food
giving up POP
loss weight
100lbs

The Idea

100lbs in 52 weeks - roughly 2lbs a week.
My first day will be on Monday - weight in and measurements
I will be spending the next while planning ahead - meals, workouts etc.
I'm excited and nervous at the same time.
