Not a good two weeks

My first week went great lost 4 lbs ate lots of great food and had a great time doing it too.
The next week the weather went bad and I couldn't get to the gym - I tried working out at home (really don't like it) I ate and ate and ate and ate. The next week wasn't any better one lunch i (went to taco time 2 taco's mexiee fries large and then drove to K-fry and got one of there chicken bowls) I was sick for days after and i'm still paying for it.

Weighted My Self

I know I said my real weigh in day is Sunday - but i couldn't help my self - I very happy with my efforts and the scale has shown I have lost 4lbs and can't wait till Sunday!!! I know the scale does not matter in the long run but right know with over 100lbs over weight it does I'm under 260 and it has been a year since i was and that feels great.

Out with the KIDS

I want to step on the scale and see what i weight. It feels like Sunday is so far away!!!

Core Class

Yesterday I went to the gym alone my dear hubby was just not up to it- I went to this core class which i was the biggest person. as i was doing the class i cried a little - upset with my self that i had let myself get to this point. then i got over my pity party and decided to push it and that was hard, but after i felt good. I walked on the track for 1/2 hour after and i ran (yes ran) one lap. Wow am i sore today - but it's a really good feeling knowing I'm changing my ways. really working on tracking what i eat - harder then you think - when rice crisp cake is in the house (yes my dear husband and son decided to make on Monday). I had my fill and now i have moved on.

NOTE: really craving water.

Deep Water Swimming Lesons

First night working out - my couch and fireplace was calling me "stay sit", but i got up and out the door. Really enjoined my self i even jumped into the pool at the start, and if you know me i don't like to get my face wet. It's great i have been telling people my goal and i have a few people starting the same goal, that is so exciting. I want to thank Gwen for being my swim partner. I had alot of fun!!!
Today's plan - i want to walk for 30 min on my treadmill (with the kids around so we will see how much walking I'm going or i will climb my stairs.

Starting Day

Okay - I have weighted in I'm at 262 lb. I'm trying to figure out my calories for each day I'm going to make it a range between 1600 - 2000 per day. Off to swimming class tommorow night at the Shaw Centre come if you can!!! I'm pumped for this - I was weighting my self on the Wii and decided to do a little work out 8min and i was pouring sweat. Can't wait to see what happens when i walk for 30min a day lol.

What I LOVE

Okay - I have relized in the last day or so I LOVE TO EAT!! yes i said LOVE - i know you really can't love a thing but i do .... oh what to do. I will have to LOVE SALAD that's it love salad, i think i can, i think i can. Have a great day.

At work we have had oversee visitors and i baked (homemade cinniom buns and chocolate mini muffins) Really not a good idea for someone who can't stop my self (mindless eater) - I am going to have purge the house before Monday other wise i will eat it all.

I also got alot of fruit - so i have been snaking on that too.
